the equitable share of equity growth between management and investors.
Mr Sirkin noted that, “I am excited about joining
Jamieson and helping to grow its US operations. I have admired the niche they
have carved out in Europe and expanding it in the United States will add a
fundamental party to private equity transactions that will expedite
transactions and benefit all parties in the transaction.
Mr Jamieson noted that, “We are very much looking forward to Michael joining the team. Michael’s extensive experience in executive compensation and US private equity management arrangements, and his established reputation, provides a powerful opportunity to expand our presence within the US. The US market is less familiar with the specialist management advisory services we offer and the significant benefits that these deliver to all parties during major transactions.”
