Jamieson launches private markets remuneration advisory services

Jamieson today announces the appointment of Tony Gilbert to lead its new remuneration advisory services.

With over twenty-five years’ experience in remuneration advisory work including senior roles at EY, KPMG, and Watson Wyatt LLP, Tony has worked on a broad range of projects across multiple jurisdictions and sectors, with PLCs and with privately held companies advising both senior management and remuneration committees.

Stuart Coventry, CEO at Jamieson said “Tony is an expert in his field of remuneration, compensation and benchmarking. His appointment will bring a different perspective to reward strategy and incentive design. By combining the private markets expertise and shareholder returns perspective of the Jamieson team with the more traditional operational approach to reward design, we are able to deliver a complete stakeholder solution at an individual, corporate and investor level.

Tony Gilbert concluded: “I’m very excited to be joining a market leading, global and independent management advisory firm. Remuneration advisory services are complementary to the core services that Jamieson already provides and I look forward to helping clients at all stages of the deal lifecycle whether that be in a period of steady-state or in preparedness for a sale or IPO
