Jack Henshall
Jack joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he spent four and a half years at Grant Thornton including over two years in the Financial Modelling team.
Jack is a qualified Chartered Accountant, he graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Sussex.
Alexander Wilson
Alexander joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he spent two years at Goodbody Stockbrokers as an economist in the investment banking division before joining a start-up, CleanCo, focusing on international strategy and fundraising.
Alexander has passed all levels of the CFA and may be awarded the charter on completion of the required work experience. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and then gained an MSc in Finance and Economics from the University of St Andrews.
Adam Colley
Adam joined Jamieson in 2022, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Adam worked as a Private Equity Intern at Sullivan Street Partners, where he conducted investment due diligence and assisted with delivering operational changes to portfolio companies.
Adam graduated with a BSc in Physics from the University of Bath.
Helen Briscoe
Helen joined Jamieson in 2022, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Helen worked for Kubrick Group, where she worked as a data analyst consultant at Lloyd’s Banking Group.
Helen graduated with a BSc in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin in 2019.
Kenny Brodie
Kenny joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, Kenny spent five years at EY in the M&A tax team, where he specialised in providing structuring and due diligence advice on a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and infrastructure clients.
Kenny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with a BA in Geography from the University of Durham.
Matthew Mowat
Matt joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he spent five years at Goldman Sachs working on a variety of structured derivative and capital market transactions.
Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Durham.
Richard Brumpton
Richard joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Richard spent 4 years at corporate finance boutique Corbett Keeling, principally supporting privately owned businesses in the lower mid-market through M&A processes.
Richard graduated with a BSc in Economics from University College London.
Billy Henson
Billy joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he worked at Deloitte in their Advisory Corporate Finance team, specialising in financial modelling. He also has previous experience working as an auditor.
Billy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and graduated with a BA in Modern Languages and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
Hannah Lewis
Hannah joined Jamieson in 2021 as our CRM & Business Development Executive. With the continued growth of Jamieson internationally she will assist in sourcing new opportunities alongside building and maintaining strong business relationships, through reporting and follow-up with our network of clients, Private Equity houses and Management Lawyers.
Hannah graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with a BA in International Relations & American Studies and prior to Jamieson worked as an Office Manager at Resonics Ltd.
Henry Balcerak
Henry joined the firm in 2021 and provides research, analysis and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to joining Jamieson, he held various roles at NatWest; most recently in their restructuring team providing restructuring support to distressed institutional and mid-market clients. In addition to this, he gained experience working as an equity analyst in various organisations across the UK and China.
Henry is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics from Newcastle University.
Alison Dunning
Alison joined Jamieson in 2021, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Alison worked at First Trust Global Portfolios, providing research and analysis to the company’s client base.
Alison graduated with a BA in Economics from Brown University in 2020.
Fionn Dillon Kelly
Fionn joined Jamieson in 2020, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Fionn worked at Goldsmith & Co in New York, providing research support to the company’s client base.
Fionn graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2019.
Sarah Barbour
Sarah joined the firm in 2014 as Operations Manager, responsible for the compliance, IT, accounts, and administrative functions of the business.
Sarah has over fifteen years of experience in operations, having previously worked in the pharmaceuticals, media and financial services industries in the US, UK and Middle East.
Sarah graduated with a BSc hons degree in Biological Sciences from Manchester University.
Eileen Jamieson
Eileen’s contribution to the team is based on many years of practical corporate finance experience. She has completed numerous acquisitions and disposals and worked extensively with private equity funds, with a specialism in healthcare.
She has a degree in Biological Sciences and worked for seven years in the pharmaceutical industry. She then completed an MBA at London Business School, prior to moving into Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she became a Partner.
Eileen worked in an executive capacity in the early stages of Jamieson before taking on the role of non-executive Chairman.
Andrew Cox
Andrew has over 15 years’ corporate finance experience and has completed in excess of 100 transactions. Prior to joining Jamieson in January 2013, Andrew was in the M&A lead advisory team at Deloitte where he focused on the business services sector advising management teams, private equity houses and corporates on a range of transactions including disposals, acquisitions and refinancing.
Over the last 7 years Andrew has specialised in advising management teams on their incentive arrangements, often in conjunction with sale processes, P2Ps, IPOs and restructurings. Andrew has advised management teams on transactions with private equity, infrastructure, sovereign wealth and real estate funds across Europe and the North America.
Andrew trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and is a graduate with a bachelor’s in Economics from The University of Manchester.
John Greenland
With over 15 years’ experience in financial services John has worked on a broad range of transactions across multiple jurisdictions. He was based in New York for 3 years while he established the firm’s US business, which he continues to oversee as US CEO.
He has worked closely with management teams of mid-cap and large-cap sponsor to sponsor deals, public-to-private, infrastructure and carve-out transactions. Recent experience includes Mercer Advisors (US), Zoopla Plc (UK), Dept Agency (Nl), Godiva Japan (Jp), Cognita (UK) and Nouryon (Nl). He has also acted as lead adviser on the sale of a number of insurance distribution businesses in the UK and US, including Endeavour Insurance Services Ltd.
Additionally John is a member of the Board of Directors for the Royal Thames Yacht Club and Commodore Insurance Services, Inc.
John qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) while working with EY. He holds the Series 7, 24, and 79 licenses. And he graduated from the University of Southampton with a 1st in Computer Science (BSc) and a Masters in Accounting & Finance (MSc).
Gus Gayford
Gus joined Jamieson in 2016 and has been involved in advising over 50 management teams and owner manager transactions. Recent projects include Froneri, Team.blue, CRH Distribution and Galderma.
Prior to Jamieson Gus worked at Beauhurst, a research company that specialises in tracking high growth businesses, their shareholders, investors and management teams.
Gus is a CFA® charterholder and graduated with a BA in History from the University of Oxford in 2015.
Tom Burton
Tom joined the business in 2006 at the end of our first trading year and has since played a key role in developing the way we advise our clients. He has over 20 years M&A experience and has been leading advisory mandates for management teams and owner-managers for the past decade.
Acting across all sectors and European markets, Tom has completed over 100 transactions, with some of his best known deals including The NEC Group, PureGym, Envirotainer, Farrow & Ball and Pepe Jeans Group.
Prior to Jamieson Tom has worked as Finance Director of a group of travel technology businesses, before which he trained in the private equity lead advisory team at KPMG. He has a BA in Business Studies and Information Systems from the University of Sheffield.
