Jamieson is pleased to announce that we have advised the management team of Zenobe in connection with KKR’s c.£600m investment in the business, alongside existing investor, Infracapital.
The investment will allow Zenobe to widen its electric vehicle and battery storage offerings worldwide, with significant expansion planned in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and North America.
The deal is due to complete before the end of 2023.
