Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised the management team of Urbaser on the acquisition of the business by Platinum Equity from China Tianying.
Urbaser is one of the world leaders in environmental solutions, with the aim of enhancing the value of the planet’s resources to help global sustainability. Urbaser operates across 15 countries, with over 50,000 employees and 150 plants.
