Jamieson is pleased to announce it has supported the management team of Proximity Data Centres on its sale to nLighten, a digital infrastructure asset backed by I Squared Capital.
The acquisition will allow Proximity to accelerate the expansion of its data centre portfolio in the UK, while also contributing to nLighten’s goal of creating the leading pan-European edge data centre platform.
Tom Burton and Kenny Brodie advised the management team on the acquisition which completed in September 2023.
