Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised Gonzalo Errejón (CEO), Pablo Arnús (Chairman), and wider management team of Amara NZero on the sale of the business from ProA Capital to Cinven.
Based in Madrid, Amara NZero operates as a B2B distributor of products and services related to the energy transition market. With its vast expertise in sustainable energy, Amara plays a significant role in promoting the shift towards a low-carbon economy. As a value-added supply chain partner, the company offers a wide-ranging product and service portfolio across three core areas: renewables (solar, wind, and hydro), electrification and energy transition services.
The partnership with Cinven is intended to continue and further strengthen Amara’s success story of the past years. ProA, Pablo Arnus and Gonzalo Errejón will retain minority stakes in the business and remain key partners to Amara NZero as it enters its next chapter.
