Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd on the carve-out sale from Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA to Stark Group A/S. The sale valued at £740m and comprised of over 600 outlets included companies Jewson, Gibbs & Dandy, JP Corry and International Timber.
