Bryan Burns

Bryan joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Bryan worked as an analyst at Siguler Guff & Company as a member of the Credit & Special Situations team.

Bryan holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Finance from the Providence College School of Business.

Barath Mahesh

Barath joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Barath worked at Commvault, on the company’s corporate development / strategy team.

Barath graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business in 2021.

Whitney Cook

Whitney joined the firm in 2022 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Whitney worked as a consultant at CAP, advising Boards of Directors and management teams on executive and director compensation matters.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Mark Wasserberger

Mark joined the firm from EY where he oversaw the US private equity origination practice.

Prior to EY, he had spent over 20 years as an investment banker and executed a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, sales, divestitures, restructurings, and public and private financings.

He received a B.S. degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a joint M.B.A./M.I.A. from Columbia University.

Mark holds Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Fionn Dillon Kelly

Fionn joined Jamieson in 2020, and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Fionn worked at Goldsmith & Co in New York, providing research support to the company’s client base.

Fionn graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge in 2019.

Evan Alper

Evan joined the firm’s US office in 2014 from KLR Group, where he provided strategic advisory and capital raising services. He has over ten years of experience working with management teams.

Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He holds Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Ian Rosamilia

Ian joined the US office in 2018 and has advised on numerous US and cross border transactions involving private equity sales & acquisitions, take privates, IPOs, minority sales, carve outs, continuation funds, and operating businesses of family offices.

Prior to Jamieson, Ian had several roles at Credit Suisse with the capital stress testing team and the asset management group.

He graduated from Wake Forest with a degree in Mathematical Economics, holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a CFA® Charterholder.

Jonny Jones

Jonny is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined the firm from Grant Thornton’s M&A team. He has worked with numerous Boards and Management teams advising in a buy-side, sell-side and restructuring capacity before specialising in advising on management incentive plan arrangements in the US and UK. He currently leads our US office.

Jonny has also carried out a secondment to the business support unit investment team in Lloyds Bank helping to structure capital reorganisations. 

He obtained a BA in Philosophy from the University of Durham and also holds the US FINRA Investment Banking Series 79 and 63 licenses.

Mike Sirkin

Mike joined Jamieson at the start of 2019, undertaking the role of US Chairman and Managing Director.

Prior to joining Jamieson, Michael was a senior partner at the international law firm of Proskauer Rose, where at various times he co-chaired the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice and chaired the Tax Department. 

Mike has over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the executive compensation and employee benefits areas, where he frequently represented companies, boards and senior executives in all types of matters, including executives and management teams in private equity deals and other merger and acquisition transactions.  

Mike is the co-editor/co-author of the treatise “Executive Compensation”. Mike also holds the Series 63 and 79 licenses.
