Philip Stahl

Philip joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, valuation, and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution.

Prior to Jamieson, he gained industry experience in investment banking and management consulting.

Philip holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Muenster and spent time at Université Paris-Dauphine and York University, Toronto.

Christian Könner

Christian joined Jamieson in 2021 and provides research, analysis, valuation and modelling work to support the team in transaction execution. Prior to Jamieson, Christian gained industry experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity.

Christian graduated with a MSc in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews and holds a BA in Sociology, Politics and Economics from the Zeppelin University in Germany.

Sabrina Goetz

Sabrina joined Jamieson in 2019 and works out of our Frankfurt office where she is responsible for running transactions and providing research, analysis, and modelling work to support clients in transaction execution. Some of her recent transactions include All4Labels (Sale to Triton) and Opseo (Sale to Ergon Capital Partners).

Prior to Jamieson, Sabrina worked at SFA, a Boston-based buyout fund, where she assisted the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligences and executing transactions.

Sabrina graduated with an MSc in Economics and Finance from The University of Hohenheim and an MSc in International Business from HBS in Boston.

Felix Rose

Felix is Managing Director of Jamieson GMBH and is responsible for transaction across the DACH region out of the Frankfurt office.   

Prior to Jamieson, Felix was Managing Partner of MPTransaction GmbH from 2008. Between 2001 until 2007 at Cinven, latterly Managing Director of Cinven GmbH. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley Investment Banking (Mergers & Acquisitions) and has a degree in Business Administration from Universität Passau (Dipl. Kaufmann). Furthermore, he is a qualified business mediator. Some of his recent transactions include All4Labels (Sale to Triton) and Opseo (Sale to Ergon Capital Partners).

Daniel Meschaninov

Daniel joined Jamieson in 2018 and works out of our Frankfurt and London offices where he is responsible for running and executing transactions and providing research, analysis and modelling work to support our German and English speaking clients.

Recent transactions in the DACH region include Deutsche Glasfaser (sale to EQT/OMERS), ALL4Labels (Sale to Triton), Cartonplast (Sale to DBAG) and IFCO (Sale to Triton/ADIA). Recent transactions in the UK include Ontic (Sale to CVC) and Tarsus (P2P to Charterhouse).  

Prior to Jamieson, Daniel worked at Goldman Sachs in both London and Frankfurt as part of their Regulatory Capital/Credit Risk Team. Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Goldman Sachs and graduated with a BSc in Politics & Economics from the University of Bath.
