Schrader a division of Tomkins has been sold to Madison Dearborn Partners LLC for $505m. Schrader manufactures tyre pressure monitoring systems, valve products and tyre hardware and related accessories for both original equipment manufacturers and aftermarket customers.
Jamieson Corporate Finance advised the senior management team of Schrader on the terms of their management incentive plan for the group going forward.
