Anthesis Consulting Group

<£100m

Jamieson is delighted to announce it has advised the shareholders of Anthesis Consulting Group on the significant minority investment made by Palatine Private Equity. The investment has been made from both Palatine’s Buyout and Impact funds, the latter being the first dedicated returns-focused impact fund launched in the UK mid-market to back profitable companies which have a positive impact on the environment or society.

Jamieson has held a longstanding relationship with Anthesis since advising the shareholders when the Company was founded in 2013, and have provided on-hand support for the shareholders to identify and secure a strategic partner to support its ambitious plans.

Anthesis is the world’s largest sustainability specialist, with over 500 experts operating across 40 countries.  Anthesis helps to deliver sustainable performance for organisations on a global scale, developing financially driven strategies to help grow productive, resilient organisations, ecosystems, cities, communities and people.

Teamed with Palatine, the investment in Anthesis will help accelerate growth and increase the scale of the business’s impact, over what the UN has described as the ‘decisive decade’.

Ian Jamieson, David Kirkpatrick and Tom Darley advised the shareholders and management team.
