Jamieson is pleased to announce it has advised Philip Mountford (CEO) and the management team of Hunkemöller, a leading European lingerie brand, on the sale of the company from Carlyle to Dutch investors including Parcom and Opportunity Partners. Carlyle will maintain a minority stake.

Hunkemöller is a lingerie designer, manufacturer and retailer headquartered in the Netherlands. The company focuses on offering an inclusive product range, ensuring Hunkemoller’s products fit a wide range of body types. The company distributes its products through approximately 800 owned and franchised stores globally, as well as operating its own omni-channel suite of services for customers.

John Greenland, James Bezuidenhout and Stephen Maxwell advised the management team on their reinvestment and the terms of the new management incentive with the new investors.
