Jamieson is pleased to announce that it has advised the management team of Worldmark International on the acquisition of the business by CCL Industries Inc., from Equistone Partners.
Established in 1999 in Scotland, Worldmark International supplies high performance labels and related products to the global consumer electronics industry, operating in 12 countries.
The deal team was led by Tom Burton and Jonny Jones.
