Ian established the firm with over twenty years of corporate finance experience and has completed over one hundred deals. He is well known to both the corporate and private equity communities and has advised on transactions ranging from multi-billion pound cross border mergers, to deals at the smaller end of the spectrum. Prior to founding the firm in 2005, he was Chief Executive of Deloitte Corporate Finance. Ian is an avid sports fan and a non-executive director at The Oval.
