Restructuring and refinancing mandates dominated 2009 for Jamieson Corporate Finance, with 14 such projects being advised on during the year.

It became clear early in the year that there was a significant need for advice to management teams, boards and institutions involving the restructuring of sponsor backed businesses, including the re-basing of management incentivisation plans.

The team worked closely with such names as Incisive Media (UK+US), Four Seasons Health Care, Habitat, Associated Dental Practices, and Develica Deutschland during the period to deliver more appropriate capital structures that enable these companies to grow and management to be incentivised.
