Back-to-back Rainmaker awards

Ian Jamieson has for the second year running picked up the Management Advisor of the Year award at the Hg Capital Rainmaker awards.

Jamieson Corporate Finance has advised management teams in 15 transactions totalling over £5bn in the past 24 months.

Ian Jamieson commented: “In a private equity market that increasingly involves management teams with significant value to reinvest, the management advisory role has become an invaluable component of many transactions.”
